Biceps & Burgers
Biceps & Burgers is a fitness and nutrition program designed to develop healthy eating & physical activity in young children. The program is offered in a variety of settings such as schools, recreation centers , youth bureau’s, and fitness centers.
Areas of focus include but are not limited to the following :
Physical Activity including jumping , running , playing games that support the development of gross motor skills. Peer to peer social connectivity.
Nutrition: Age appropriate education on healthy eating, drink and snack choices. Nutrition games including “ how to choose the right food” for your mood.
ULIFTT
ULIFTT is a youth self development fitness program designed to enhance the lives of our young adults. Our services include an array of resources partnering with schools, wellness professionals, organizations and local businesses in the communities.
To ensure the sustained success of its participants , ULIFTT utilizes various evidence -based strategies to facilitate and support the needs each individual.
ULIFTT Places an enhanced focus on preventive methods that can lead to criminal activity, drug addiction, & other risky behaviors.
Personal Coaching
One on One training provides a personalized approach to the self development of its individual. There are many unique beniftis to providing one on one training some are but not limited to
